I love this office, Dr.baldwin and her staff are awesome, they always take great care of my 13 month old daughter and I, my daughter doesn't fuss when she is there she's just as calm and her staff treats her with so much love,I would say she does better at the dentist than than her pediatrician lol, I would recommend this office too anyone or family.

I love this clinic! I've been a patient of Dr. Baldwin for a couple of years. She's a compassionate dentist and her assistant, Angie, is delightful. Victoria is brilliant as the office manager! The entire staff is professional and friendly. The office is conveniently located with plentiful parking.

After a bad experience with my previous dental office I was on the hunt for a second opinion. My son was already a patient with Cen-Tex, and after realizing they took care of adult teeth as well, it made sense that I give them a shot. My son has always had a great experience with them. I went in nervous, thinking my outcome would be the same as it was with the other dental office and boy was I wrong. Cen-Tex was amazing from check in to check out. My hygienist made me feel so at ease explaining everything every step of the way; and the doctor was the cherry on top! I walked out of there in such good spirits; even though I need work done, lol. Hands down the best dental practice that I've ever been too. Dr. Baldwin is amazing and the entire staff are a delight. I struggle with anxiety but they all made me feel completely safe and comfortable. I've loved my experience here so much that I plan on bringing my son in and have already been reccomending other people to go!

I came here after looking for a second opinion following a really poor experience at another local dentistry. Victoria in the front, Dr. Baldwin, Paul the hygienist, and an RDA whose name I didn't learn 😭 were all very kind and understanding of the fact that I was nervous and needed a gentle experience and an honest opinion about treatment I'd need. I have another appointment with them next week which I'm looking as forward as one possibly can to a dentist visit 🤣 I've also recommended them to at least 3 close friends and family members and highly encouraged them to schedule!

They took care of me from the front desk to the chair! The front desk lady ( I WISH I wrote down her name) was affable and resourceful. She helped me find affordable ways to pay for my procedures because we all know that dental work can be heavy on the pockets.
Paul cleaned my teeth so thoroughly that I'd be embarrassed to let all his hard work go to waste by NOT flossing accordingly. From now on, I'm flossing my teeth for HIM and not myself! Dr. Baldwin was informative and gentle. I will recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

THIS OFFICE IS AMAZING!!! I haven’t even had my appointment yet and I’m already throughly impressed! The young lady up front who helped me schedule my appointment when I walked in was very knowledgeable about what would be done and explained as best as possible how my insurance works, we all know insurance is never a guarantee. From the many reviews I’ve read that led me to choosing Cen-Tex Dental I’m sure me and my teeth will be in good hands!!! AND she’s hott 😜

Doctor Baldwin is the only dentist I trust with my teeth! She and her staff are friendly, competent and put you at ease. She doesn’t ever upsell you on procedures like other dentists and is very careful about the health of your teeth and mouth. I have a lot of anxiety about dental work. Dr. B lets you know everything along the way as she works and has answered my questions and concerns better than any other dentist I’ve seen. That’s why I fly back to see her even after I moved. Her assistant Becca is super friendly and makes taking X rays a lot easier than it normally is. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to take care of your teeth!

This dental office is absolutely awesome! The staff is always kind and helpful. Dr. Baldwin and the dental assistants are very informative and you can tell they actually care about their patients! They do not judge you or treat you some type of way if the condition of your mouth is less than perfect. I used to be very self conscious about going to the dentist, but they made me feel extremely comfortable. I am very happy that I chose Cen-Tex Dental. Dr. Baldwin is great dentist and Rebecca is a wonderful assistant. Also, Victoria is great with patients and insurance companies. I have not been to the dentist in several years I had to get a deep cleaning and a couple fillings as well as having to return to put a crown in later and yet they made the experience much more enjoyable then I was imagining and were able to explain things in detail and everyone was very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue going to them because I found the experience overall fantastic.

Dr. Baldwin and staff are the most friendly, knowledgeable and caring dentistry I have ever been at. I had a broken tooth that they found time that day to take care of it. Did an outstanding job too! They are efficient and concern for the patient is very evident. Dr. Baldwin explains any procedures or questions you may have thoroughly. I have been to many dentists in my life but I say, without hesitation, that this is the best one of them all.

I would highly recommend Cen-Tex, the staff is so great. I had to go with my 18 months old in tow because my husband is gone and they were very accommodating. Baldwin was very sweet and informative. I wish I was better with names so I could mention my hygienist by name but she did a wonderful job on my cleaning, my teeth have not looked this good is years stains that I thought were permanent because my last cleaning did nothing to remove them are gone and her attention to my little one while I was laid back for my cleaning was unexpected and so sweet. I’ll be seeing them again soon for my little ones first appointment.

Dr. Baldwin is such a fantastic dentist! I initially went to her for an emergency crown. I was so nervous in using a new dentist (since my dentist had retired) and she was so awesome! Very kind and caring and made me feel very secure with her expertise in addition to making me feel so comfortable by explaining everything so well! I felt that she wasn't trying to do "more than necessary" just to take advantage of my situation, but instead explained all the details. Her and her staff were outstanding and I've been back since then and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Love this dentist and her staff! I am a complete chicken at the dentist. I actually get panic attacks but not at CENTEX! They go above and beyond to make me not only comfortable but safe. I have never met such professional folks that are completely down to earth and just so welcoming. My experience is always wonderful. From the warm welcome, to the lack of the dreaded "dentist smell"., from the warm blanket they lay on me too comfort me to the gentle touch on my shoulder and question of "how are you doing? Are you ok?" I cannot believe how wonderful they are. And prices? Completely reasonable and CENTEX is very good at their work. They CARE about their patients!! I very highly recommend them.

The staff at Centex Dental are professional, personable, and kid friendly. We scheduled our sons first visit, and the dental assistant Tawanna did an excellent job with him!! We had a good visit overall and will be returning.

Went to get my first x Ray's and cleaning in years, really wasnt up to it, but had the best dental experience I've ever had yet in life. Great place to go to I promise. The assistant Tawanna was good at taking my xrays and perfect impression. My cleaning ha I felt like royalty!

My son went to Centex Dentalfor a check up and he hates the dentist. They have an assistant Tawanna that made him feel really comfortable which helped with his anxiety, and his appointment went really well. I highly recommend Centex Dental over the other offices in the area.

Went in for a general teeth cleaning. I had never been here before but decided to give it a try. The receptionist (Victoria) was very prepared and already anticipated my arrival. She helped me understand what I should expect after I left the waiting room which had the Golden Girls showing, ”my favorite.” My teeth cleaning experience went well the doctor was thorough and accommodating. I traveled around the country and I have gone to many dentist offices. Although they are small the service is mighty! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Voice to voice & face to face interactions make a big difference to me in this disconnected social media world (of which I have none). So right off the bat, calling into Centex Dental Killeen there was a feeling or genuine interaction with Victoria over the phone. That feeling continued coming in to check in with her for my initial visit & continued meeting Dr. Baldwin. Anyone can give an exam/cleaning or whatever procedure you're going in for, but not everyone takes the time to make you feel as if your a person and not an insurance holder with access to an easy payment for their pockets.

I recently moved to Killeen TX and was desperately looking for a dental officell. I searched and searched and it was Cen-tex dental reviews that made me pick up the phone and make my appointment. From the initial phone call I felt so taken care of. Super friendly and welcoming staff! And everyone is very knowledgeable in their work areas. Loved it!

I have been looking for a place to call home for my Dental work. I was welcome the first time by Mrs. Heidi who scheduled my first appointment, and was so kind to answer all my Q.A, then on my return MS. Victoria the greeter is what I call her is so inviting and welcomes you with her beautiful smile, and such a pleasure to talk to. Then there is Samantha who Did all my x rays and she was very patient with me and let me watch what I wanted on TV and a big plus cause you remembered what I like on my next appointment. Amanda another one of Dr. Baldwin's assistant was very caring while Dr. Baldwin did her thing, making sure I was very comfortable, and that was so calming. I can't begin to speak on how awesome Dr. Baldwin was, I had two filling, a cleaning and a whiting done at this facility, and from the front desk to Dr. Baldwin it was a awesome experience. I can say that in the last 25 years of having Dental services, by far this was the best. Thank you Cen-Tex Dental😙

Dr. Baldwin is very friendly, caring, and most of all patient. She puts her patients first and makes sure her work is impeccable. I had a great experience here. The young lady up front in charge up, really knows her insurance but most importantly she was very patient with me in explaining my benefits to me and how it works. The entire staff makes you feel at home and you can tell that they all love what they do. I will definitely refer my friends to this place!

I was greeted promptly and politely. My wait time was less than 5 minutes before being seen (which is a plus for me cause I will leave if not seen promptly ). The service was great will be back in 6 months.

Excellent service, friendly and excellent personnel. Dr, Baldwin was very nice dentist. Excellent dental provider for dental emergency. Clean and minimal waiting room time. Staff was very friendly from start to finish. As someone who is very apprehensive about dentist Dr, Baldwin made me feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Absolutely amazing! The staff was awesome. My daughter is three years old and this was her first dentist appointment, she was scared and confused. So needless to say she was A little difficult to handle. They were calm and explained everything they were doing. They didn't get frustrated or anything. It is amazing to me how well they treated us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a new dentist.

Dr.Baldwin and her staff are the best!!!! I have finally founded a GREAT dentist here in Killeen after 5 years of searching.I could only give 5 stars for the review so here's 10 stars to the best dentist in Killeen.You guys totally rock! I always feel at home but I find it to be so amazing how Dr. Baldwin sits and explains everything to you and have all the updated equipment to help her patients understand and see first hand the process she is explaining. Who likes going to the dentist? No one so if you have to go, this is the only place to go. Dr. Baldwin is great. She is gentle and caring and does whatever she can to make your visit comfortable. Her assistant, Samantha, is always pleasant and puts a smile on your face. The receptionists are pros at what they do. They are very familiar in working with all types of insurances. Really great people and care here.

What a cool dental office. I had an awesome experience from the beginning to the end. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but it is one of those things you gotta do. I have to say this has been the best dental visit I have had. Dr. Baldwin is very personable and made me comfortable the whole time asking me if I am doing okay. And they have netflix for you to watch while you're being worked on...it's actually "NETFLIX and CHILL" LOL

All the staff are very friendly. Has Saturday hours, which is good for those of us who work during the week. Dr. Baldwin asked of I was comfortable and made sure I was good through the entire visit. I also noticed that Dr. Baldwin is very polite to her staff, always saying Please and Thank You, which I would think would make for a great work environment. Seeing how she treats the work staff make me think that she genuinely cares for her patients too. In summary, good dentist, good staff, good hours...what more could you want?

Most awesome dentist ever!! I've never had a good experience with a dentist until having Dr. Baldwin as my dentist.

I can't tell you how happy I was with my experience. But more importantly my children's. We have had bad experiences at the dentist...Kool Smiles so I was really wanting to find a dentist that would be good but also great with my kids. I hit the jackpot with this dentist office. They are friendly and attentive. They even did the treatments the same day! I am total thrilled that I found them!

We recently moved into the area and I happen to find Dr. Baldwin through a postcard flyer in the mail. I decided to give her a try and enrolled my daughter and I. Her staff are very welcoming from the front desk to the dentist chair. Dr. Baldwin is very thorough and explains everything clearly. I had to get some fillings replaced since my old ones cracked and some fell out…I have to say she made me feel very comfortable and it was painless!! My daughter just had her appointment today for a cleaning and she could not stop comparing her to her previous dentist. (Which really impressed me) Needless to say, I am very pleased I found her!! If you’ve PCS’d here or are just looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and her staff. You will be in excellent hands. (They also do appointments on Saturday for those of you with a busy work week/school).

Since I've been living in Killeen...i've been to a few Dentist. They were not bad practices at all but I've definitely had my best experience at CenTex Dental by far. From the time you call and make your appointment until the time you are talking to your dentist...it's straight genuine, professional treatment. Just like every new dentist you see you have to fill out the first time patient forms.....but it's definitely no more work on your part after that. You get a very personal experience with your dentist! The assistants and Dr. Baldwin are awesome and you can tell from the first time you talk with her about your teeth...that's she enjoys what she does and very knowledgeable. See y'all next month for my cleaning??.

Dr. Baldwin and her staff are the greatest; I always feel at home when I enter the office. The service was excellent. I was even given my very own remote control to watch, whatever I wanted as I waited, it takes your mind off why you are there. I have to remind myself I at the dentist and not at home:-). Everyone always goes above and beyond. You are not just a number with Dr. Baldwin and her staff. I have established a new dentist and friends along the way.
